I've been insured with Carole Nash now for over 3 years and find their service and prices great.

Although I've been riding for over 4 years, my first year I wasn't able to benefit from Classic Motorbike insurance because my bike was a year too young!

I can't comment on their regular insurance, although I know they've expanded cover over the years and now even offer car insurance. I think the service has only slightly gone down. They've become much bigger and the people on the other end of the phone are now not always motorbike type people.

I was recently involved in an accident and my paperwork was with me the following day. The legal cover that comes with the insurance is priceless. The insurance company that they've appointed to me (Fletchers) is EXCELLENT. Prompt and efficient, I couldn't ask for better.

Although I would like to see insurance companies as something I only have to deal with when I'm renewing, it's nice to know that Carole Nash helps out and is still as friendly when you need to contact them after an incident!
