Churchill Insurance

My insurance I am happy to say has been provided by Churchill for a long time now. When starting of with them in 2003 it felt expensive to me. They were charging me what I would say a "bomb price" at 1,600 pounds a year for my insurance. The bonuses do play a part now with 6 years bonuses I now only pay them 500 pounds every year for my insurance. Difficulties have happened with them over the phone though. It has mostly been the problem of getting through to somebody. Some of them do not understand you well on the phone. DO NOT DO NOT use this firm
they never phone you back, when they carnet sort your problem they hang up. they tell false information.ask for a address to complain they hang up.
takes upto 20 minutes to get through.
and most of the people iv spoke to dont give a toss if you need help
i wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy.

Churchill started out great for me in 2000, but over the past few years it has become increasingly difficult to obtain an insurance certificate from them at anything other than policy renewal time. A couple of years ago I needed a duplicate certificate. "We charge £10 for a new certificates now to discourage people from losing them" What?.... "But I'll put yours through for free". Spiffy!
