Churchill is one of the biggest companies out there for motor insurance. As a customer of theirs for over 6 years I can say the service has not always been excellent. The trouble I have had with them is the service when calling them up and getting the wrong quotes of them. My last experience of this was just two months ago when my insurance was due for renewal.

The adviser on the phone first of all kept me on hold for around 15 minutes or more. He did not have the right answers to my questions and kept asking somebody else for support! This was really bad service as I had to kept on waiting and was also paying for the call charge.

The worst part of the service was the first quote he had gave me was wrong. I have a no claims bonus now for 2 years yet Churchill have not cut down the insurance cost at all for my car. They have not paid out the full excess either for a car accident I had 2 years back to! I can say their customer service is not pleasing at all and their prices for insurance are sky high compared to other insurance companies. Even though you grow older and have no accidents it seems like they still want more money of you!
