I have held my motor insurance with churchill for around 3 years now and have never had a problem with them. They have always been the cheapest ive found (even with moneysupermarket.com and comparethemarket.com etc). they have never provided me with a bad service and when i wanted to add breakdown cover to my policy they were extremely helpful and polite and guided me through what was the best cover to have. Churchill have always been top of my list as i had them recomended to me by a friend, however i didnt think i would stay with them for as long as i have. They were very helpful when i bought a new car and moved house as they combined the admin fee even though i phoned up on two seperate occasions. Churchill seem to me that they are always willing to help as much as they can and if they cannot help then they will point you in the right direction of someone who can help.
