Advantages: Lots of excuses when things go wrong, happy when taking your money
Disadvantages: Unhelpful, Never call back, Everything
Yes it is true i have been waiting 8 months for Churchill Insurance to sort out the damage to my car. After my accident in November i contacted churchill and they sent me a form to fill in which i did and sent off the next day. After various phone calls with them I am still no better off and also although having fixed no claims the price of my insurance has increased. So at the moment i have got fed up with waiting for a result and brought a new car but i am still having to pay tax and insurance to keep the other car on the road until it can be fixed. But 2 days ago i recevied a phone call from the third parties insurance company to say that they wanted to inspect the car. Which i would of thought this would have been done soon after the accident. But i was told the engineer was coming to look at my car today but he never arrived, so it could be a long wait. So if you thinking of getting insurance stay well clear of Churchill and also the other company in this whole mess Norwich Union. So remember it's not what you pay it's what you get back when you need it. I will update if it gets any better or worse. Cheers All Shopalot
