Advantages: Good price, fast service, package deals

Disadvantages: All eggs in one basket!

I have only recently become a customer of Churchills, but I am impressed. Everything was arranged over the phone in one conversation. No passing around or being put on hold. All my cover was arranged on the spot including Green Flag, at £7 per month with home start I thought this was well worth the money! Ta ta RAC.

They even gave me a 10% discount on my home and contents insurance that came in £20 less than I was paying before the discount was taken off. Also, this was automatically cleared with my mortgage company on the spot so cover was instant.

I was told all my documents would turn up in 2-3 days and they did all correct for signing and returning.

The best part of it, is when you have to shop around for the best prices and pay monthly you normally get stung for a big deposit. With Churchill, I had no deposit to pay on the spot, cover was instant and all accepted for payment by direct debit starting at the end of that month.

Excellent service, very competitive price.
