Dont use this company. Just got a new van and insured it with direct line. 2 weeks later it was stolen. Direct line insisted that the van was not insured with them, but it turns out that the sales rep just forgot to change my insurance details over to the new van! But to sort this out it took along time and them needing to go through their recorded telephone conversations with me.
Now the van have been recovered undamaged, but need to have the locks changed because it was stolen with the keys (office got robbed). There claims now want to go through photo evidence, 10 pages of forms, a site visit and much more all for a claim that my cost them £200 (after my excess). Plus they want car documents and MOT's etc that were all stolen with the van. These documents take a long time to get duplicates before anything is done.

Summary: Cheap but rubbish service and claims!
