Best insurance company I've ever used (Direct Line)

Advantages: VERY cheap, Instant insurance

I am lucky to find a place like direct line to insure me. Unfortunatly when I was 17 I managed to pick myself up 11 points (no ban due to the circumstances being out of my control). Now the last insurance quote I got was on a £3000 hyundia lantra 1.6 glsi... the insrance company I tried came back with £14,500!!!!!!!! Yep it looked like I was stuck with a bus pass.
Luckily I found direct line and got an insurance quote on an orion ghia 1.6i. I'm on as a second driver because it's cheaper but it only comes to £600! I haven't even had a chance to tell them about all the security yet so it should be going down.
Direct line only asked how many months I was banned for and weren't interested in my points (which helps).
Hats off to direct line. They've got me back on the road after 2 years walking
