Advantages: Cheap, helpful

Disadvantages: Webpages can be a bit flakey

Went to Elephant after a poor experience with Endsleigh (another review). Got a very good quote for a 10 month policy so I went with it. I was impressed with the fact they were able to find my car on their system, it's an 04 model preregistered in 03 which can cause some probs.

So far so good, no claims to make and any small changes have all been carried out smoothly.

The online forms work ok and the call centre staff have all been helpful.

Renewal is due in Jan so I'll see then how they compete with Asda, Tesco ect this time.

Summary: All fine so far.
