Disadvantages: zero customer service once they have your money

My parked, empty car was reversed into in front of me and several witnesses. I have main and legal cover with Elephant. Fourteen months later I am still waiting for any tangible action from Elephant to get admission of liability and recover my excess and expenses - all they do is wait for the third party, who clearly have no motive to do anything. They have taken no legal action - becuase that incurs cost. I have not renewed with them, obviously. Avoid Elephant at all cost - complete rip off merchants.
