Advantages: Helpful staff, inexpensive insurance.

Disadvantages: None that I experienced!

I insured my car with Elephant because at the time I needed a new car insurance company, and they came back with the best quote.

I was quite happy with them and I only changed to another company so that I could save some more money.

I got the quote on an online search for motor insurance. I put my mobile phone number in and Elephant, and some of the other companies, called me.

As I said above, I decided to go with this company because they were the cheapest. However, if they had been rude or unhelpful on the telephone, then I would not have insured my car with them. So, I can say that the man on the end of the phone was very polite and helpful.

After signing up for the insurance, Elephant very quickly sent me the documents that I needed in the post. I thought that these were well presented, as they came in a folder.

After about a week, they called me to check that everything was ok and that I was happy with them. I said yes, because I was perfectly happy with them.

I did not have cause to claim for any accidents whilst I was insured with Elephant, so I did not speak to them again.

I left them because I found a cheaper insurer.

All in all, I found Elephant to be cheap and their staff to be helpful.
