I have not actually spoken to anyone who has had a bad experience with endsleigh...just reading everyones elses comments.

I was with endsleigh for 6 months when i had an accident in plumstead in my ford focus 53 reg. my six year old son was with me and was shaken up. the twat in front of me decided to an emergency brake causing me to smash into the rear of his stupid peugeot 206. and because of his stupid boy racer antics he had the blooming audacity to claim that he had whiplash. cheek.

The accident happened at 11 and the car was picked up at 2 am from the roadside, yes we had to wait a long time in the cold. We were dropped home.

Endsleigh did ensure my car was picked within 5 days and taken to a garage local to me, they then arranged for me to have a courtesey car within 3 days and gave me an estimated day of completion.

i had an excess of £250 but had to pay £300 as endsleigh had changed it last minute, this cheesed me off to no end. this had to be paid when i picked up the car and left me owing on my credit card.

I saw from the completion notes that the garage wanted me to sign, that the cost of repairs to my car was £3250, i was shocked that it coseted so much but the car did look better than how it when i picked it up from the showroom (neighbours comments).

everytime i have changed my car, i have gone into the branch and picked up my certificate there and then, the additional premiums have been reasonable too between £15 - £60 depending on the changes i.e new car, changing the usage etc

My overall experience has been pretty good.
