Advantages: were cheap and helpful

Using the money saving expert method of going through all the comparison sites and checking a couple of other brokers and indipendants I discovered that Endsleigh was the cheapest for me and my car. At the time I was 26 with a 1.9 turbo diesel X reg renault megane 3 yrs NCB. They were cheapest the following year too so I stuck with them.

By going through easyfundraising I was able to repeat my quote which got a wad of cash comission for charity too rather than it going to the comparison websites.

I didn't need to make use of their services at all, touch wood, so I cannot say how they deal with incidents. However, when I moved jobs they easily changed over the 'location where the car is parked over night' and also when my parents flew up to visit me they were very helpful and added my mum onto my insurance for the week.

This year they weren't the cheapest, so I moved to another insurer, they were helpful though and happy to send a letter certifying my NCB which I guess they could have been a pain about if they had wanted!

Summary: Offered a good comprehensive insurance policy at a good price
