Advantages: Good prices
Disadvantages: Appauling customer services
I have been with about 4 or 5 car insurance firms over the years and i can say Endsleigh was the worst ever to date. The thing that made it so awful was the customer service. The price was great, the best, thats why i went with them, but maybe thats where the lack of cash for them lets their other services down. Customer services is an integral part to any company and if that fails you can kiss goodbye to anf future business from that particular client, no matter how good the price is. The only telephone number i got from them on the forms put me through to some unknowlegable woman who said it was not the right place and i should contact my local branch?! Why??? where is the main customer services HQ???? I decided to try on Email and was there a direct link to a customer services place that i could send a query via my email system?? No! I had to do it through an online form. That is very annoying as you have no eveidence you sent it or any email to refer to. Nonsense i can tell you. Overall it has been a nightmare customer services wise and i will not be using them again, they are slow to respond as well. Try Churchill, they are in a different class at a good price.
