Purchased a vehicle a few months back and registered with eCar Insurance as the gave me the best quote I had been offfered. After having numerous problems with my car I cancellled my policy and sold my car. I cancelled my policy on the 2nd July 2008 which was 3 days prior to the next payment coming out of my bank account via direct debit. However I have received a bank statement through the post which shows that eCar have taken the sum for this month even tjough I have cancelled my policy with them. I was involved in a shunt which was my fault. Esure sorted all the details over the phone and quickly processed the claim. I recieved my cheque within a week of the car being written off. Also had a cracked windscreen last year which was sorted out straight away by their approved repairer. They may not be the cheapest but their quotes are competitive and as far as I am concerned their customer service is very good.

I've used esure for a few years and they've always been competitive on price.
