Frizzel motor insurance are good.
I normally just phone around each year for the cheapest quote, and take that. And last year it worked out to be Frizzel for the first time.
It happened that for the first time I needed to claim on it - someone went into the car when my husband was driving it.
Anyway, they were brilliant, arranged for the garage to come and collect the car and leave us a courtesy car while it was being fixed. They took care of everything, all we had to do was pay the excess, which they duly claimed back for as it hadnt been our fault.
I cant fault the service we received from them. Previously it would never have occurred to me to check that the insurance included a courtesy car, but I will from now on because we would have been in a real mess if it hadnt.
