Advantages: A Friendly Car Insurance Company who believe in Fair Treatment, - even when you're leaving!
Disadvantages: With SAGA - There Are None -
SAGA Car Insurance for the over fifities:

SAGA (over fifties) Insurance must rate as the best in the business.
I’ve said something similar to this before but I’m back to support my earlier dooyoo with new ‘evidence’.
My partner and I recently decided to give up our car and return to using public transport.
We originally went to SAGA as they were the cheapest for the over fifties driver,
and they were so very easy to do business with.
This time, as before when we were renewing our insurance,
the people at SAGA Insurance were most friendly and helpful.
We might have expected a negative response - as we were after all taking business away from them,
but when we told them we wanted to surrender our insurance - they were every bit as pleasant as before - when they had been when taking our renewal requests.
Not only were they helpful and pleasant to talk with on the phone,
but they also sent us back a cheque
for the full six months of our unused insurance.
They didn’t even take a penny off for administration!
Keep up the good work SAGA,
we might just return to using the car sometime in the future,
and if we do there’s no doubt who we’ll be turning to for insurance.
As I said;
SAGA are second to none.
