This is our story of the incompetence we suffered at the hands of Insurance Express of Hampstead, Birmingham. It is intended to act as a dire warning to anyone considering using this firm. Take my advice – don’t! In May of 1999 we purchased our first car - a D reg Nissan Bluebird Turbo. I shopped around for the best insurance deal knowing that the premiums would be high. I found Insurance Express brokers the best and they gave us one years no claims bonus to start us off, as Dave had been driving regularly for many years even though he had not had a car of his own.
