You may find that the cost of the excess and the loss of your premium back makes the cost of the claim not worth it. So who gains? Not you. You've got to pay for your car to be fixed. Just think about it for a bit. You get your first year's premium back if you haven't claimed for 5 years. Remember the old adage? "There's no such thing as a free lunch". The other good point is that if you stay with them for five years, you can get back your first years premium in full. To do this you have to sign up for cashback while taking out your policy. The site is easy enough to find your way ... Read the complete review

Having just received my motor insurance renewal from Direct Line, who I have been insured with for some time, I was shocked to see it had shot up about 20%!! I decide to try Insure.co.uk as advertised on the telly by Quentin Wilson. It is an easy to use site which asks you all the idiot proof questions to do with car insurance and then pops out a range of quotes from the lowest (suprisingly by their preferred insurer!!) to the highest (more than the car was worth!!!!!) and then obviously gives you the option to follow up. I quite liked the look of the quote so I clicked the take up button, and guess what?? Yes it could not be done on-line and ... Read the complete review
