No problems until I moved house. They wanted to charge £30.50 to change my address. Worked out cheaper to let the policy run its remaining month, not renew, and start a fresh policy with my new address from today. Not sure I follow their logic. Must be easier for them to change my address on a screen, than to run through the whole proccess of issuing me with a new quote. The other alternative is not to move ...  Read the complete review

Got an OK quote so went with it but the problems started when I requested a change of address. £20 it bloody cost me!! The change of address is only a temporary one and I need to move again within the next few month but there's no way I'm going to even tell these thieving b*stards! I was surprised when I read this review, I’ve had my car insurance with its4me for 2 years, I have to say they have been fantastic. I was jubious when I first went to them as I’d never heard of them but I asked a lot of questions to all the company’s I phoned and its4me’s charges seemed the most reasonable. I got burnt a few years ago with a charge for cancelling my insurance with another company. Anyway, this time I did my homework, I did a quote online and couldn’t believe the price, I then rang up loaded with my questions. Its4me is pure rubbish - Advantages: Initial quote seems low - Disadvantages: Initial quote keeps going up!, Poor documentation, Hard to contact and don't respond to requests to add breakdown (twice now) and have bad terms and conditions and penalties
