I was surprised when I read this review, I’ve had my car insurance with its4me for 2 years, I have to say they have been fantastic.

I was jubious when I first went to them as I’d never heard of them but I asked a lot of questions to all the company’s I phoned and its4me’s charges seemed the most reasonable. I got burnt a few years ago with a charge for cancelling my insurance with another company.

Anyway, this time I did my homework, I did a quote online and couldn’t believe the price, I then rang up loaded with my questions. I was happy with the service as I got through to them really quickly, the young lady I spoke too was friendly, but not too pushy and she answered all my questions confidently.

Since then I have spoken to them on a couple of occasions and I have no complaints, I was surprised when I rang them on Boxing day this year to find they were open.

I did have to claim 8 months ago, but the claim is dealt with by the actual insurer.. its4me took the initial detail and they were efficient i was told id get a call back from Cornhill and I did... I had to phone them a few times cause i had to add my brother to my policy for a few weeks due to circumstances, I then rang them on Boxing Day to take him off... In that time I received docs in 2 days even on the way up to Christmas which I thought was amazing
