Advantages: Relatively cheap up-front.

Disadvantages: Hidden charges.

Got an OK quote so went with it but the problems started when I requested a change of address. £20 it bloody cost me!! The change of address is only a temporary one and I need to move again within the next few month but there's no way I'm going to even tell these thieving b*stards! I will NOT be using this company again! For the amount you pay out if you need to change your details even once I would have been better off going for a REAL insurance company.

Summary: Never have I felt so ripped off by an insurance company... and that's saying something!

there is a £20 min charge for any changes on a policy as its clearly stated in the terms and conditions not in small print in bold letter in the middle of the page im guessing you didnt read them. you cant really agree to something and then be unhappy about it if you have made the error and not reading the terms and conditions ! and its4me are not a insurance company they are a broker.

Beware that you may invalidate your insurance by having incorrect details added...

I'm afraid this does not actually cover what the company do, how they operate and how competetive they are. A lot of insurance companies charge for change of address, not only this company. I know of a friend who moved and had to pay £30 to Direct Line for the change.
