Advantages: Answer the phone quickly.

Disadvantages: Charge £30.50 to change ANY details on your policy.

No problems until I moved house. They wanted to charge £30.50 to change my address.
Worked out cheaper to let the policy run its remaining month, not renew, and start a fresh policy with my new address from today.
Not sure I follow their logic. Must be easier for them to change my address on a screen, than to run through the whole proccess of issuing me with a new quote.
The other alternative is not to move house!!

Summary: Quotes are cheap, they have to make money somewhere !

When purchasing the policy did you actually ready the terms and conditions? im guessing no there is no small print and the fees are clearly stated in there in the middle of the page !! you cant complain about something that you have agreed to and said you are happy for the charge. its4me are a broker so there are additional fees..
