Advantages: Answer the phone quickly.

Disadvantages: Charge £30.50 to change ANY details on your policy.

No problems until I moved house. They wanted to charge £30.50 to change my address.
Worked out cheaper to let the policy run its remaining month, not renew, and start a fresh policy with my new address from today.
Not sure I follow their logic. Must be easier for them to change my address on a screen, than to run through the whole proccess of issuing me with a new quote.
The other alternative is not to move house!!

Summary: Quotes are cheap, they have to make money somewhere !
