Advantages: quite cheap, easy application

Disadvantages: lousy customer service, seldom answer phone, never answer e-mails

Initial impressions were very good, competetive prices and easy Internet application, but God help you if you ever need to change any personal details such as address or car etc. I have never dealt with another organisation in such complete organisational chaos. They were genuinely unable to provide me with a correct new policy and I was forced to arrange cover with another broker.

Twelve months on I have still not received proof of NCB despite reporting its2bad to the GISC (General Insurance Standards Council) who proved to be useless.

Remember, motor insurance in this country is unregulated, you have no protection. Spend a few more pounds and use a company with a proven record of customer service. I'll never use a no-name insurer again!
