No problems until I moved house. They wanted to charge £30.50 to change my address. Worked out cheaper to let the policy run its remaining month, not renew, and start a fresh policy with my new address from today. Not sure I follow their logic. Its4me is pure rubbish - Advantages: Initial quote seems low - Disadvantages: Initial quote keeps going up!, Poor documentation, Hard to contact and don't respond to requests to add breakdown (twice now) and have bad terms and conditions and penalties
