I am not about to defend Kwik Fit Insurance Services, But I am really upset to read these reviews, I would like to state that KFIS has over 300,000 delighted customers. It amazes me that people will spend time writing these reports on this website without doing there home work. There are only a handful of reports available for KFIS on this website and others. I am sure if you type in to Google another insurers name you will find several hundred reports with unhappy customers, If your unhappy with a service that you receive from a insurance company I suggest that you go direct to the FSA to whom will be more than happy to deal with your complaint.

Kwik Fit is growing day by day and currently deals with a huge panel of insures, Now think of this. If KFIS was that bad would you allow them to sell your product?????

No I thought not

I have worked in KFIS for 5yrs now and have seen many things get better, example queue lengths are at there lowest as we now employ a lot more staff.
