I went with Premium Line for my car insurance last year and was happy very happy with the quote being a couple of hundred quid cheaper than the nearest. I went along happily for 11 months- until I had a crash that is. My car was written off as was the other car involved. It happened on the 8th November last year. The police came and they predicted what had happened before they were eben told and they said it was obvious it wasn't my fault and that i would have no problems making a claim. I was given a courtesy car 2 days after the crash and things looked good I had swopped my banger for a new Corsa. I was told that I would be paid out within 6 weeks and I had the Corsa until then. Ten days into the use of the Corsa I was told that it was costing too much and they would have to take it back. This did not matter to me as I had been involved in an accident that was not my fault and i didnt choose the corsa it was given to me. But they informed me that they would make the case a priority and I should have the cheque to buy a new car even quicker - so i went along with their claims. It is now the 17th May over 7 months since the crash and my case has been passed around almost everybody at Premium Lines solicitors and I still dont feel any further on and am still without a car. The motto: You only get what you pay for but with Premium Line don't even expect that!!!!!!!!!!!!
