He will be charged with drink driving, no insurance and dangerous driving. I was asleep and my car parked legally on the road. As a result of the acc...

... insurance should be stopped! They are good with shopping but thats it. Everything is fine until you make a claim, nice and cheap, but when your premiun goes from £300. to £600. becausse someone hits you and wont admit fault, even though they admitted fault at the time of the accident, gave me a dud phone number and told me to get a quote and would said he pay cash. Then he denies it when the insurance get involved! This is the second claim with tesco we have cancelled, they sit on their backsides and do nothing! " you have lost your no claims as you have had an accident, even though its not your fault" Why bother!! Go to Churchill they are spot on, I know ...

... took out motor insurance with this company in October this year. 7 weeks later we received a letter from them which had taken 8 days to arrive saying they had cancelled the policy this had been done 7 days earlier and we were driving around with out insurance during this, unaware that we were doing so. Their explanation was that the underwriters were not honerng the quoted prices and even though we had paid in full had many conversations n the phone with them, this was never mentioned. at the time of taking the initial insurance they were just £140 cheaper than the next quote. Now, they are asking for another £500!!!! on top of the original premium to insure us. S...
