Carole Nash ... have been with CN for many many years now. Over the last few years their customer service has left a lot to be desired. I renewed my policy with them in June. Arranged payments in four instalments to be taken on specified dates, a service they offered. The payments were never taken on the dates specified, not even close. Last year they helped themselves to a payment three weeks early! I have also been waiting for some of my documentation since June. I have phoned on various occasions to be given a different excuse as to why I have not recieved them on every call, with the promise they will be with me soon. Still waiting. Devitt Insurance Services Limited ... a female rider with my first bike (a little red Honda CG125), no experience and no ‘No-Claims’ bonus - I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable insurance was through Devitt Insurance - they offered the cheapest quote by far. The staff that I came into contact with provided an unstintingly high standard of service and all the documents arrived on time. The well-known makers of bikes are Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Harley. You can use bikes for racing around with your mates to entering trials bike competitions.
