I have never had insurance with anyone else and I cannot see that changing, there have been many changes in NU in recent months but none have these have effect the service in many ways they have bettered themselves.

The quotes that they have given both friends and family have not been beaten by anyone.

I had an accident a month ago and I am so impressed with their services that I thought?s I would review them.

When I called them on scene, as you should, I got a true understanding of the truly excellence service. I was transferred to the Liverpool call centre and I was put in contact with a lovely young chap who helped calm me down to begin with and then began to take all the details. Within minuets of my phone call a low loader was at the scene and taking my car away.

The company which dealt with the repairs cannot be faulted either . The team at Solas were polite and very very helpful.

Apart from the excellent claims I have had dealings with the sales team based in Norwich. Every time I ring up I am greeted very politely and they do everything they can for me. And if I say no they do not try an sell something I do not want.

The welcome team, who deal with change of vehicle or adding a driver or change of address, have remarkable training and are of the highest calibre.

The new Norwich Union Direct Rescue, basically their version of the RAC, is well worth the money. Which isn?t much! I have called them out on a few occasions and they have always been prompt, clean and tidy, the van as been spotless and the drivers are always polite and helpful.

All in all Norwich Union are a pleasure to contact and I feel confident having my insurance with them.
