I have been NU Direct Motor Policyholder for a couple of years now and have been impressed not only by the competitiveness of the premiums but the quality of the service and the level of cover.
Every year, I try to obtain as many quotes as possible with marketing including batch from the "Agents" listed in the Yellow Pages. However, I have stayed faithful to NU mainly because of their prompt customer service but the good level of cover.
Comprehensive cover (over 25 and with no accidents/claims) seekers will benefit from sensible excesses and a generous no-claims bonus protection scheme.
Additionally, I have organised Home Plus Breakdown cover through them and this works out to be competitive too at just circa £40.00 a year.
Equally impressive is the company web-site at www.norwichuniondirect.co.uk. Last year when I obtained an online quote I gained an extra 15% off the premium and received a cheque to the value of £25 when I took up the quote. The site is extremely user friendly and is definitely worth investigating if you need a quotation.
All round if you feel you motor insurance quote is not up to scratch then I urge you to try out NUD.

For instance I refer to Home Plus Car Breakdown cover (which includes home start) - this does not refer to household insurance. Secondly, when I submitted this there was no Car Insurance section for NUD and have requested one!! |
