Provident

Dont even bother takin out insurance with provident. As a young driver, they was the cheapest company going, but when I needed them most, they was not there. They just take your money and run. After being with them for 2 years, I had a pending prosecution at the time of renewal. I was being prosecuted for no insurance on driving other vehicles, I had believed I was covered by my fully comprehensive insurance, but provident said that I was not - it was hidden in the small print. This will leave you in total amazement that people can be treated like this. The case of the Provident Insurance claim. It doesn't matter if you have not read the first part of this (in the RAC section of motor insurance) entitled "RAC Insurance, I've just had an accident" but it would help to get a fairer picture. The other person in the accident was a work colleague of mine so I have been able to monitor both sides of this claim.
