Advantages: Good policy, Company name

Disadvantages: Highly priced since company change

I joined RAC Insurance and got a really good deal, very good policy and very helpful staff.

Problem - RAC Insurance became RAC Insure Direct (or something like that) but basically just became a broker.

Outcome - Premium which I expected to go down slightly with another years NCD actually went up by 3 times my original premium.

As you will no doubt have guessed I did not re-new with them. The call centre rep was also not surprissed when I explained why!!

Shame really!!!
