I have spent several hours on the phone attempting to get the RAC to amend a policy document that they incorrectly issued to me. Even though it was their mistake they insisted on charging me an extra £40 as they needed to re-quote the policy. Their customer service is terrible, it takes an age on hold before you can speak to someone, and they can't sort your problems out when you finally get through. Heaven knows how much trouble it is if you ever need to make a claim. Best of luck if you ever use this company.
