If you want to waste time, money, create stress in your life and incur bank charges then this is the place to go! I usually shop for everything over the Internet due to ease and lack of time. This experience was a horror, which has yet to be resolved. I originally purchased an insurance policy for £1300! This included business class and my partner. I paid the deposit over the phone and thought that that was it. A few days later the policy certificate arrived with incorrect information so I corrected it and sent it back. A few days later I received a letter saying that they had sold us the wrong policy and the correct policy would be £1500!!!!! I also received a few threatening letters about the legality of not being correctly insured and I made quite a few telephone calls only to be spoken to has if I were a con artist! They refused to refund my deposit even though they admitted to selling us the wrong policy and when they finally agreed after a month they reclaimed the refund from my account leaving me overdrawn and incurring charges on my account. We have since received a quote from Admiralty for £580 for the correct insurance.

Hiya and welcome to dooyoo ;)

They sound absolutely dreadful! Thanks for the warning.

Try and read round the site as much as you can - it will give you an idea of the level of detail people expect and will get your name known a bit so you should get some more reads.
