I'm sure Swift Cover are great.......if you never need to make a claim.

I have made 2 claims in the past year, one for having my car stolen off my drive and another for having my car driven into - both not my fault.

Both claims have proved, stressful, time consuming and on the whole not a pleasant experience.

Swiftcover do not have enough people to answer calls, but do not reply to emails either, so are pretty much uncontactable, unless you have a couple of hours a day to sit on hold and be passed around to staff who know nothing of your claim. Also be prepared to give them the same information a few times before they will log it and actually start your claim. I pretty much sourced and ordered my replacement car when mine was stolen becuase Swiftcover would just not help.

I have found that they are anything but swift, in fact the exact opposite.

I really feel that Swiftcover are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and would strongly recommend everyone to avoid them.

Do not expect to get the service you have paid for!
