Very swift with their cover! (Swiftcover.com)

Advantages: Cheap, great service, easy claim (well i did anyway)

Disadvantages: difficult to communicate by phone!

I chose Swiftcover after trawling the internet looking for the cheapest deals on various comparison sites. I managed to find a deal for £311 through one of Moneysupermarket.com's cashback offers. This was a almost a £100 cut down on the previous price offered by Tesco.
Let's be honest Insurance is the biggest scam known to humankind. You pay huge prices and hear more than a few stories of bad claims, lost money and total losses in general. So no matter who you are with I think the idea of having to go through a claim is something all of us would like to avoid, especially if, god forbid, you were in an accident.
Well, unfortunately recently I was in an accident and my poor car ended up in a ditch with half of the front ripped off!! Obviously the first thought on my mind was not my insurance, but once I did begin to think about it I began to worry. I had never claimed before and was concerned about all the negative stories I had heard, also Swiftcover being so cheap just felt like a really bad omen!
BUT, it turns out I had absolutely no problems at all!! I phoned them up, spent around 20 minutes on the phone answering various questions and they took it from there! I received a courtesy car the next day first thing in the morning and everything was dealt with by them. Full liability was admitted by the other driver, so this may have made my process a bit easier to be fair.
They sorted out my car being fixed, my solicitor and all paperwork!
My only negative about Swiftcover is that they don't make it particularly easy to get a phone number and when you do call, it is not free! As theres no numbers on their paperwork and you do have to trawl through their internet site a bit before you can find it. Although I suppose this is because they like to keep things internet based to keep their costs down - I wouldn't feel comfortable making a claim through an email! Especially as a first timer!
However, each time I did call them I was greeted by two very helpful staff that made my experience nicely relaxing!
Overall I had a good experience and would recommend them to friends.

Summary: Good company that i would recommend and will remain loyal to
