Swift Cover??? I think not! (Swiftcover.com)

Disadvantages: Bad slow service, slow resolution of claims

I used Swift Cover after it coming up cheapest on Moneysupermarket and decided to give it a try after alwasy being with Diamond.
When I did have to make a claim they took about 9 months to settle it even though the other party admitted liability and it was an easy claim! They were also never available on the phone and I left numerous messages for noone to ever phone me back.
The customer service staff although friendly enough didnt ever really know what they were talking about so I guess maybe they try and cut costs this way.
Even though the premium per month was about £10 cheaper they were really that bad I would rather pay the extra.
I then wanted to change my car to something a bit bigger but not particularly fancy however they would not provide any cover!! This was for no apprent reason. I really would advise people to steer clear.
