Advantages: there cheap

Disadvantages: they are not capable of doing their jobs, and dont follow there own rules!

I think Tesco car insurance is awful. The call center staff seem to have been taken straight off of the check out desk and put in front of a phone and left to deal with car insurance. I made a claim over a year ago. I had to fight to get my courtasy car, fight for my £400 excess back and they couldnt even take all my details down! A year later, I'm still waiting! I have to say, I am not in the least bit happy. As the case is still on going, I cant even change my insurance company!

Summary: DO NOT USE TESCO CAR INSURANCE, they may be cheap, but thats it!!

A review needs to talk abt who they are, what they do & what services they offer.

this is more of a rant than a review and should be placed in a different category, when writing a review you should explain more about the service with factual information. I have used them 3 years in a row and found them fine.
