Is it me or do tesco have an excuse not pay up every time! (Tesco Car Insurance)

Advantages: Cheapish?

Disadvantages: Pointless, because they dont pay up.

Long story but, dont expect help on bank holidays. Tesco dont open, you will be dealing with 3rd party companies who by no fault of there own know nothing about your policy terms or situation. So help is basic to say the least. Also if you claim for only a window being smashed not the content and there is a 3 day delay in getting stock, you will not be supplied a courtesy car even if like me you pay you extra premium. Wich means when they tow your car away to secure it in a compound your left with no transport or help towards taxi's etc. This is because it is a only a window claim...and not a claim on your policy? Which i still cant understand but apparently its 'in the small print'. £800 a year for 5 years, i come to them for help this once...well i have more helpful friends thanks tesco for not alot. Not staying with them another year.

Summary: Read all there small print before you say yes.
