I have been with Tescos car insurance for just over two years now and have been very happy with the service provided and cost. I pay annually by direct debit, which again I have had no problem with. Also this time when I re-newed it they sent me a £20 gift card to spend in store.

I had only just passed my test when I originally went with them and looked around alot before I settled with an insurance company but Tescos gave me the best deal by far at the time. Since originally joining I have rang up and changed my details twice, once to add more millage and then again to add someone else on my insurance, and the staff on the other end of the phone have been very friendly and helpful both times.

If you buy your insurance online you get a 10% discount and still get the chance to use your club card so you can get lots of extra points to get money of your shopping, which is always good news!! The layout on the online insurance form is very easy to follow and at the end allows you to keep changing options and re-calculating so you can work out the cheapest deal.

Overall I think Tescos is great for students or people who have just passed there tests as alot of companies will charge you alot more if your new to the roads.

Summary: great for students, first time drivers and anyone looking for a cheap deal
