I was recently involved in an accident with my car and a moped. Tesco's have been brilliant, cannot fault the service, everything was organised for me. Within an hour of ringing them to report the accident, I had information about the hire car and the relevant people to contact to fix the damage to my car. The hire car went smoothly, who transported me to the repair centre and back and then to finally collect my repaired car. The repair to my car was excellent and quick. They are handling the claim and I have nothing to do. If you want Tesco's will also keep you informed by phone or letter of the progress with the claim from the third party. Their insurance was cheaper than my previous insurers yearly bill and I actually paid less for the excess for the repair. Brilliant, cannot ask for more. I would definately recomment them for price and service.
