i have insured my car with tesco car insurance for the past seven years and they offer quite competitive rates, i usually have a look around at the other insurance companies but end up taking it out with them, last time however they were considerably more expensive in the price that they sent to me as a renual in the post. I looked on line and they came up as offering a policy that was significantly less then i was paying and what they had offered me two weeks earlier and you got a bonus 50 pounds gift card to spend in store or on furel which i was not offered as an existing customer - anyway to cut a long story short i called them and said that i was being punished for being an existing customer not a new one and they matched the offer so it does pay to shop around!
