Cheap and cheerful! (Tesco Car Insurance)

Advantages: Cheap, good customer service

Disadvantages: none that I can think of

I've been with Tesco since I started driving 5 years ago. For me, and I know that this won't be the case for everyone, they are the cheapest insurer for me and my car. I have changed cars twice over this period, and found the customer care team very helpful in outlining what I was covered for, and answering the questions I had. In true student style, I lost my documents when it came up to MOT time, and Tesco has sent them out to me, at addresses other than where the vehicle is registered to for no charge.

I also added a friend onto my policy for a week, and this was done painlessly, with only a few questions and not too much money spent - which in my eyes is a good thing!

I suppose I've been lucky enough that I haven't had to claim from them.

Overall, I've been more than happy with Tesco Car Insurance, and plan to update and renew my policy with them next month.

Summary: Would recommend my mother to them!
