This is the worse insurance company I have ever been with and i am over 50.I had a non fault claim and Tesco DONT DO ANYTHING and I have fully comp top cover, they just cannot be bothered, they are absolutely hopeless.I know it sounds like there must be more to it but i assure you there is not,their customer services are totally useless.Unfortunately I have my home insurance with Tesco as well but i dont care how much it costs me I will NEVER insure anything with Tesco again.

Recently involved in a minor RTC in which the 3rd party started to falsely claim injuries, that I had failed to stop and all sorts. It was a minor 5mph bump and they were in a HGV. Tesco spent 12 months 'investigating' and then honoured their fraudulent claim. When I wrote to ask them why they had done this and whether they had investigated fully they were not interested in telling me. Absolute farce. I've now lost 2 years no claims thanks to a fraudulent claim against me.
