Advantages: good quote engine

Disadvantages: no receipt or cover note.

Tesco motor insurance works on exactly the same engine as directline.com and as far as i can see is very close in cost as well, all be it a touch cheeper. The service is excellent, but then so is directline. 2 points to raise.
1. why don't you ever get a receipt after spending so much money with these firms?
2. why can't they e-mail you a cover note to print out?
other places i have purchased from send out a sales receipt and some even have an online tracking system. comne on tesco, do it right.
