Disadvantages: cant get a price

I have tried to get a motor insurance quote Tesco a few times, my success so far has been nil. They seem to use the same quote engine as Direct Line (not doubt due to the links with the Royal Bank of Scotland), but I can’t seem to get a price. Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. The process is simple enough and I'm filling all the forms in right, but can I get a price no. I’ve even tried it on a different PC, without success. So what has Tesco got against me? Who knows?
