Kiramek Cyclone Motorcycle Security System 866F

The installer has come to my residence twice and spent over 5 hours and he still hasn't installed the alarm properly. The installer tried to call Jesse Fry several times along with Freymoto.com technical support. The phone goes unanswered most of the time and asks you to send them an email if you have a tech support question. What kind of company is this? I have waited over a week and the installer is going to come out a third time to try to trouble shoot what is happening and why it is not working properly. I do not recommend this product...maybe if they actually had "professional" installer along with some type of quick response tech support.
