Abus Steel-O-Flex Granit 1000: ... have been 'locked out' of my bike by a new Abus steel-o-flex granite lock which has grade 10 security. The key would not fully insert despite lubrication. Abus have refused to uphold the guarrantee, claiming it was not lubricated properly. It most certainly was! I insist the lock was faulty, it happened again after it was professionally removed.
