I have owned the Oxford sports humpback panniers for a few years now. I have used the panniers on two diffrent motorcycles now (a 600cc sports bike and a 1000cc sports tourer) and found them to work well with both bikes even though they are completely different shapes. The bags are easy to fit (though can be a challenge when they are full) with one velcro strap going under the pillion seat and two going over. The packs come with a range of straps and bungees. Each bag has numerous points to which you can attach the straps and bungees to, all that is left is finding bungee points on the bike (the footrest and indicators work well if not).
